I work at Phuket International Airport and intend to buy a condo at a reasonable price. Since I found this project, which is now under construction and will be done soon. I'm looking forward to that. The project is stunning and modern. In addition, the project has all the basic amenities. A swimming pool, fitness center, garden, and parking are all available. Firstly, I planned to buy a studio. But since the prices are quite similar, I decided to buy a 1-bedroom unit at 34 square meters instead. It is close to the airport. The surrounding area is peaceful and shady. I went to the sample room and was pleased with what I saw. The project's staff is kind and helpful. It is easy to decide to purchase a room in this project based on the first impression.

The project is still under construction, which should be completed in about 2 years. I've already reserved here. I think that it is very worthwhile at an affordable price. Unfortunately, the project only has one room type available, a studio room. It isn't vast, but well decorated in a modern style and well allocated. Spacious pool. The project also has a guaranteed rental program, which is an interesting option for investment.
