Mountain View + Great Location make TRIO Condo a favourite

The "Trio" Condominium is well known as a super convenient location on Huay Kaew road. It has a very clean pool with an awesome view of Doi Suthep mountain, a gym and sauna/steam room plus 3 floors of parking and 24-hour security and a very helpful office and maintenance staff. The rooms are multi-sized from studios through to 2 bedrooms + lounge rooms etc. All have generous balconies that take advantage of the location and view. Built with high ceilings and solid thick walls (for strength and privacy). Because it's close to the mountain, the Trio Condo building itself is always a few degrees cooler all year round; which helps as it looks west; with a nice sunset each afternoon. Most people who rent end up staying a long time or buying.
