It was the condo suitable for either living or rental business because it's in a good location close to expressways, Huai Khwang MRT, and office buildings. There were a lot of units, but it turned out that the atmosphere was quiet. The swimming pool was recently renovated and changed to a salt system. The newly innovated gym was very nice. The bedroom was more spacious than the other condos in the neighborhood and fully furnished, yet the rent was only less than 2,000 baht. It's worth it.
