It is a large housing project located near Thao Thep Kasattri and Thao Sri Sunthon Monument. It's extremely convenient! The environment here is very pleasant to live in. Very private and quiet. There is a large beautiful garden and exercise corner. The neighbors are friendly. My house is on a corner and has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. I bought it since the project opened. The house is fully furnished with furniture and has a large space, a play area for my children and my pet. You can't go wrong with this project. Great value for money!!

I rented this house with friends. I would say that the rental fee is affordable. My house has 3 bedrooms of the right size, and the interior is like other typical single houses. There is a small garden in front of the house, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The security system is reliable. Also, it isn’t far from the main road, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s worthwhile.
