I bought the condo here for renting out 3 years ago, and it impresses me a lot. Although the project was completed many years ago, it's well-maintained. The common area is also clean with a pleasant ambiance. The pool is so vast and clean, as well as the gym with complete equipment. Also, you can enjoy the sea view from the condo, which is like a real vacation home. My room has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathroom rooms, fully furnished and ready to move in. My room receives great attention from foreign customers, especially those who come to stay as a family and love tranquility and privacy. Most importantly, it's next to Hua Hin Beach, not far from the Cicada Market, shopping mall, and many restaurants. It is a project that is ideal for investment!!!
