A nice house in a good location, near a shopping mall.

I like this project! It will be sold out soon as there are not many units left. I think the project is good and decided to buy the house. Once I drove into the project, the surrounding atmosphere was nice. The project was clean, with a lot of green spaces and a big kids' playground. It also features a security system with CCTV and security guards. My house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a large space in front of the house, and parking. Moreover, the project is close to Tesco Lotus, 7-Eleven, and restaurants less than 5 minutes drive away. I think this project is one of the good options for both investing and living with your family.

A pleasant and private house in the Kathu area, a potential, quiet, and private community. The room I rented was 3 bedrooms, spacious and comfortable. You can also admire the green forest view from the balcony. You can also drive to Phuket attractions by car for about 10-20 minutes and 48 minutes to Phuket International Airport, which is very convenient.
