Overall, this place is suitable for both living and investment. For me, I bought it as a vacation home to stay with my family on a long holiday. The location is excellent as it's in a quiet area, and also it's not far from Bang Tao Beach, which is clean and not crowded. The villa is spacious and well-decorated in the same standard as the Tanode Phase 1 and 2, but space is slightly more spacious. It's not difficult to get around as it takes only 10 minutes to Boat Avenue, where there are shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Also, this place is not far from the airport, only half an hour. There is a security guard for 24 hours, so you always feel at ease. For those who buy it for investment, it's also a good idea as Phuket's location is in a prime location. So many tourists come all year round as it's definitely easy to sell or rent out.
