    Townhouse in Lumpini Town Place, Sukhumvit 62.  Close to BTS, and two highway entrances-- convenient location.  Home is well cared for and is on a quiet sub-soi within the housing complex.  The townhouse feels large as it is 8meters wide rather than the typical 5 or 5.5meters of most townhomes including majority within the Lumpini complex.There are 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and one half-bath on the first floor near main entrance.  The kitch is upgraded with modern features and high quality materials. There is a large backyard with a covered patio for privacy.  The garage is covered and has space for two cars. There are two balconies, one is on the 2nd floor and is largely used for laundry and where the washer and dryer units are located.  The other is a small balcony on the 3rd floor outside the 2nd bedroom.  Master bedroom is on 2nd floor and there is a common room outside of -- useful for working or working out space. The complex itself is quiet and very green.  There is a well-equipped gym for residents.
