I decided to buy this house because it is conveniently close to many of my favorite restaurants, such as Dai Restaurant, within walking distance, and Kway Teow Pla Phuket, which is only 700 meters away. I also can quickly drive to Phuket Town, Central Festival, or Tesco Lotus for shopping. The house is spacious and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, a small garden for planting flowers, and parking. The house is surrounded by a shady atmosphere, suitable for a family with 3 people.
