As you know, the Land and Houses project is an excellent value for money. Living here makes me feel comfortable and safe. The project has a full range of facilities such as a big pool, playground, fitness center, and park. The security guard is the best and friendly. My house has 3 bedrooms in a modern style with parking space for 2 cars. It is secured with a high fence to make it more private. The materials are strong and durable. Also, there is a lawn for the dog to run and play, which is very good. The location is good, easy to get to the town or various places. It's also near my kid's school, tourist attractions, and the shopping mall.

Quiet and tidy village. There is a very high-security system with friendly security guards. The house is a beautifully modern design. The area around the house is shady with lots of trees. It is a two-story house with 3 bedrooms which is quite responsive to family living. Besides, the common area includes a swimming pool, relaxation garden, and fitness center.

This condo has a good atmosphere with mountain and tree views from the balcony. It is a perfect villa for spending a holiday time. Moreover, the environment is quality, the neighbors are lovely, and the staff is friendly and smiling. The room is clean and beautifully decorated. Besides, it is easily accessible, convenient, and secure. Also, it is close to communities and tourist attractions such as Kata Beach and Rawai Beach. It is comfortable, and you can stay pleasantly.

I have been doing business here for about 2 years. Our family loves it here because it is designed in a modern style with beautiful decorations. The village environment and atmosphere are excellent. Besides, there is a space for family members to do the activities together and gather friends as well. The project is located on a hill, and the scenery is beautiful. Most of the residents here are Europeans and Chinese.

It's an excellent project. The two-story detached houses come with a choice of 2-3 bedrooms. The size of the living area is different but overall is large. The furniture looks good and qualified. There are many facilities, such as a restaurant, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a gym. Everything is complete. The atmosphere is shady, peaceful, and pleasant, with city and mountain views. Perfect location in Chalong area. Close to many important attractions such as Chalong Temple, Big Buddha, Chalong Pier, and Central Festival Phuket.
