A two-story detached house with 4 bedrooms is designed in a modern style and partly furnished. I bought this house for my family. The location is not in the heart of Pattaya, but it is only a short drive away. I like this project because it can access many routes. Ka Ting Lai Beach is only 1 km away and is a nice place to spend the weekend with family. The village is surrounded by many amenities. The kids' school is just a short drive. There's both a market and shopping malls. I’m so happy because it is convenient for all of us.
