This project is located in a good location near the source of lifestyle files, both shopping malls and markets. It is convenient for people who normally use public transport because it is near Bearing BTS with only 2 kilometers away, or you can take a motorcycle taxi service which is always available. Therefore, it is suitable the most for people who travel every day. For the project, it is an 8-story building decorated in a modern style. This project is surrounded by trees, creating a shady atmosphere inside. It is nice to relax here. Moreover, the room I have rented it's not expensive at all, just ten thousand baht per month is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit. The usable area is not very spacious, but it is fully furnished. There are many facilities within the project, such as a swimming pool, a garden in the middle of the building, a lounge, a meeting room and a security guard to take care of security 24 hours a day. The rental price here is very affordable for anyone looking for a nice condo.
