Modern fitness and has a large pool

The condo here has the most modern facilities. There is a swimming pool, fitness room, and very luxurious common areas. It is also extremely easy to travel because the project is right next to Surasak BTS, and in front of the condo has a motorcycle service as well. I rarely go out, so I spend time in the common area because it's quite convenient. This place is suitable for people who work in the city and living alone or as a couple. If you want to live as a family, there are 3bedrooms, but I think it's too small for a big family anyway.

I’ve been staying with my Indian husband at The Diplomat Sathorn for a while. I chose this condo because my husband and I work in the Bangrak area. Plus, it’s close to Surasak BTS, so it’s much easier to get anywhere, which is completely different from staying in the previous condo. I would say this condo is the perfect answer for us. It’s also surrounded by a good environment and public facilities such as public transport, a famous shopping mall, and school. I like the beautiful interior design of my room. Plus there are complete facilities in the common area such as a clean and safe swimming pool, gym, and garden. I’m not disappointed at all. As for the security, there is a 24-hour security guard and closed-circuit cameras at every corner of the project. This condo is perfect!!

The lobby hall is luxurious, and the common area is convenient for relaxation under the tranquil and private atmosphere. Many parking spaces are available and convenient. Receptionists and guards are lovely, serving great service. The room is sold fully furnished, ready-to-move-in, and saves time to decorate the room. Besides, it is close to Surasak BTS station, which is accessible everywhere.

The project here is considered convenient for traveling because it is next to Surasak BTS. If you do not use public transport, you can easily use a private car because the traffic is not bad and has sufficient parking spaces. The important thing is that the facilities are complete. The gym is equipped with modern equipment. There is a large swimming pool, offering beautiful city views. I like privacy, and this place matches what I need. Although it is expensive, it is worth paying !! The 1 bedroom room is spacious, good for 1-2 people and if you want to live as a large family, it has 3 bedrooms and luxurious penthouses !!

Although this condo price is a bit high, I can tell that it is worth investing. The room I bought is a 3-bedroom unit at 85 square meters, which is quite spacious. Moreover, full-range premium-grade furniture is also available at a reasonable price. The high ceiling makes the room look airy and comfortable. In the mornings, I usually go to the gym on the 35th floor, giving you a panoramic view of the city. Doing exercise while enjoying the view is another kind of fun. Since staying here, I rarely have to worry about traffic jams because walking a few steps to reach Surasak BTS station, making traveling fast and easy. Really good.
It is such a perfect place with a good security system

Here is such a perfect place, the lobby is really beautiful, decorated in the luxury style. There is a good security system with private lift access which others cannot access to our floor, except only in common areas. Amazing kids pool, where my children love it very much. The fitness offers a panoramic city view. Each area in the room is quite spacious and well-divided. Even the kitchen is open, but I don't feel that it will disturb the living area. Parking is good. Very satisfied.
