The new condo is in the Nong Hoi neighborhood, and it is currently under construction. The location is excellent, as it is close to Chiang Mai-Lamphun Road. The alley is direct across from Chiang Mai 89 Plaza, which is so convenient. I bought this condo for my rental business in the future. Without a doubt, the investment will be well worth it. The condominium is of high quality from a well-known developer in Chiang Mai so that I’m pretty sure about the quality. The room I bought is a one-bedroom room 35 square meters. The interior is divided into proportions and spacious. When I reserved a room, it came with a fully furnished promotion, so I can move in right away when the project is complete.
