A cozy condo, the surrounding is green, and there is a leisure garden. The interior is designed by A49 company, the well-known company in Thailand. I'm pretty sure of the construction and architecture designs a lot. The security system is great. The location is close to the Phrom Phong BTS station and Benjasiri Park. It makes my life convenient and more comfortable with a good quality of living.

I love this place so much as the atmosphere of the project is pleasant and shady. It's a perfect getaway from the metropolitan. My room has a spacious 1 bedroom with furniture from leading brands. There is an open-space kitchen, so the cooking smell can be annoying. The project's location is ideal because it is near the expressway entrance-exit point of Ramindra-At Narong Expressway and Si Rat Expressway. It is much easier and more comfortable to travel around.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and easy to access as it is located near BTS, and there is also a shuttle bus to BTS stations every hour. My room is clean and well-maintained. The building has an excellent security system. The pool is clean, and the view is beautiful. Besides, the room has a wide area. Overall, it is considered okay. This condo is situated in a good location and offers good prices. On the whole, it is okay and closes all the amenities nearby, such as Terminal 21 and Central World Shopping Center.

A new condominium in the center of the Phrom Phong area. Just 1.2 kilometers away from Phrom Phong BTS station. I like that it's really convenient to connect to other routes. It's also near 7-11 and the Japanese town. The project is clean and safe. There is a 24-hour security guard. The room size is 46 sq.m with a durable built-in-furniture set.

I am happy to live here; even though the project was completed several years ago, it is still new and has always been well maintained. The room is nice and spacious. Staying alone is not uncomfortable. The first time I moved here, it was fully furnished. There was a small kitchen area and a spacious balcony. It is a quiet condo and good soundproofing. Even if it is located in the city center, there are no outside noises. Furthermore, the project location is conveniently located, only 10-15 minutes walking to the Phrom Phong BTS Station.
