It is a ready-for-occupancy condominium. I rented a 1 bedroom unit. The condo is located in a good location in Rat Burana area with easy access to amenities, such as Centralplaza Rama 3, Wat Arun Ratchawararam, Raj Burana Hospital, etc. The facilities in the project include the swimming pool, the fitness room and the parking lot, which is very convenient. I am also impressed by the lovely staff and the friendly neighbors. So I would like to recommend this condo to anyone who wants a residence that meets living needs.
