This condo is very worthwhile

I really like this project's location because it is not far from Siam Paragon as it takes about 10 minutes to walk. Besides, there are famous department stores in that area. There are also many restaurants and shops. I stayed in a spacious one-bedroom unit. The facilities are complete, but I have to admit that the price here is relatively higher than in many condos. However, when considering its location in the city center, I think it is very worthwhile.

My girlfriend and I decided to rent a condo for this project in the Phayathai area since it is very convenient to travel just a few steps away from Ratchathewi BTS. Going to the mall is not far away by car as it is about 2 kilometers away from Siam Paragon. The room I rented is a two-bedroom unit, decorated in a modern style. The room is divided into good proportions. There is a living room, kitchen, and work area, plus built-in furniture. Most importantly, electrical appliances are available, including a washing machine, air conditioner, water heater, and microwave. My girlfriend and I agreed that the room we rented was perfect. It also comes with complete facilities, like a pool, gym, garden, parking lot and free Wifi in the common area. Overall, we were both very impressed.
