New alternative condo in the center of Khao Tao Beach, Hua Hin

I have visited the Carapace Hua Hin, and I really love it because the project is quite peaceful and private. It is also close to nature, but the project is currently under construction. Anyway, I have already visited and looked at the layout of this condo. From the gallery of the project, it is designed beautifully with a modern style and is environmentally friendly. In my opinion, it is a very good project and located close to all amenities, which can be accessed comfortably. Besides, the project facilities are complete and modern that meet the needs of living. It comprises a large saltwater pool offering a sea view from the pool, a fitness center, running tracks, and 24 hours security system. Carapace Hua Hin is a new choice condo for anyone who likes peace and close to nature.
A new project near Khao Tao Beach

The project has just been completed. I was impressed the first time I saw it. It is an 8-story low-rise condominium, but the decoration and design are considered premium. Besides, the location is private and secure. There is a coffee shop that I really like in the neighborhood. The condo here is next to Khao Tao Beach, which there is an outdoor relaxing area next to the beach. I think the condo atmosphere is like staying in a hotel.

I just reserved a room in this condo last week because I visited the mock-up room and really like many things from its location next to Khao Tao beach in walking distance, beautiful common areas to complete facilities. The room I reserved has 1 bedroom with a perfect size. It has a breathtaking view of the city and the sea. Most importantly, the project offers a guaranteed rental return of up to 5% for 5 years.

The project is still under construction and expected to be completed by 2021. The atmosphere here is very livable, quiet, and next to Khao Tao beach. It is a low-rise condo with a convenient common area such as a swimming pool, parking, and fitness center. The building is in a modern design, available in 1-2 bedrooms. The living space is quite limited but well-allocated. It also guarantees a high return for investors. Very suitable for long term investment. It can be rented for both tourists or foreigners.

Recently I booked the room for this project. I can say that I liked this project from the first time I spoke with a salesperson. It's located on the beach at Khao Tao, that's a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The room that I booked is a two-bedroom room, not very wide. It's not too narrow to feel uncomfortable. More importantly, there is also an indoor playground like my children. It's located near tourist attractions in Hua Hin. I can't wait for it to be completed.
The location is right next to the beach, I really like it !

This condo gives a sense of staying at home, where we can relax privately and safely. The common project facilities match all family lifestyles because there are amusement for kids and many natural leisure corners. The location is close to the beach, just walking through the project Beach Club. It is considered comfortable and also conveniently located near major tourist attractions in Hua Hin Town.
