My husband and I stay in this project. The general atmosphere is private and not crowded. There is a 24H security. Unfortunately, the pool is a bit small. It would be more suitable for children. The fitness center has various equipment. However, the common area is not that large enough for 300 units, but it's covered. Our house is a two-story detached house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms. I like the design that is beautiful and modern. Also, the size is decent. Even though it doesn't come with furniture, it's worth it since the price is reasonable. Besides, the location is good, not far from the community. You can easily find things to eat, and it's also near Jomtien Beach, a hospital, a shopping center, and many more, which is perfect!
