The pool is equipped with a modern and safe water purification system that does not cause allergies, which is especially important for families with small children. To create a comfortable living, powerful, safe air conditioners , LED step lights with sensors, as well as exhaust fans in all bathrooms are installed. The villa has electric curtains in the living room,  and is equipped with an electric lock with code for added convenience. E-CO friendly villa with a very modern design. My husband and I went for an inspection there and were very impressed with the layout. My husband is an architect from Canada. He was impressed by how the project installs an energy-saving system, solar panels, and moisture-proof systems, which are excellent. As it rains a lot in Phuket, leaving the house unoccupied for a long time can cause a bad smell. Fortunately, the project takes residents' concerns into account. Our home is a two-story loft-style design, which is quite airy with good ventilation. Also, there is a private swimming pool and a staircase in the middle of the house to connect the first and second floors. The interior is very beautifully decorated in resort-style, suitable for being a vacation home. Also, close to many amenities, such as Tesco Lotus, Boat Avenue, and the fresh market. It is delightful to find this place. I want the house to finish quickly anyway.
