Incredible and luxurious
I bought a 2-bedroom unit with excellent built-in furniture. I like the decoration of the condo, which is incredible and luxurious. The 24th, 25th, and 27th floors are occupied by very high-class amenities. I like the 30-meter long swimming pool decorated with the glittering floor, making me feel like swimming in the middle of the night sky. Plus, you can see a unique city view. The location in the Thonglor area is desirable as I can find many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars around here.
New high-rise condo, with a height of 27 floors
The condo has just been built shortly. All the designs are magnificent. My room is on the 18th floor, which is very well-ventilated. Major facilities are located on the 24th and 25th floors, including a movie theater, meeting rooms, swimming pool, and gym. There are many luxury condos in this area, but I choose here because it's convenient to travel. It is also not far from Thonglor BTS. The disadvantage is that if you have a private car, you will encounter traffic jams at the alley !!
Since moving in, my life has become much more convenient
I’ve been renting here for three months now. Since moving in, my life has become much more convenient. Besides, getting around is very easy because the project is located in the heart of Bangkok, the Thonglor area, with many shops, restaurants, and malls nearby. My room is the perfect-sized one-bedroom with a luxurious design. There is home automation, which is so advanced. Besides, you don’t have to be worried about safety as there’s a 24-hr security guard and Digital Door Lock.
The best swimming pool ever!
I used to lived here with my sister. This place is such a good place! The public facilities are very useful and beautiful, especially the swimming pool in the night you can see the good point of view while swimming.
Its a matter of taste - for true art lovers
This project is not for the conventional investor, Khun by YOO is a piece of art on its own and reserved only for selected buyers. You need to have a preference for Art and Modern Design concepts to fully admire and appreciate the project. The facilities are outstanding and the units are of high quality. The interior designs are unique and can be chosen based on the buyers taste. A very unique building and that reflects in the price. Located in the mid of Thonglor(Beverly hills of Bangok)
Comfortable condo near prosperity
The condo is very nicely decorated, super luxurious, with good facilities such as a swimming pool, library, co-working area, yoga room, and fitness room. The room I stayed in is 1 bedroom, complete with modern and usable facilities, making daily life more comfortable. Besides, you can travel by BTS at the Thonglor station, which is very convenient. Also, there are many nice restaurants nearby, just a few minutes by car.
There are many beautiful corners to take pictures.
It is a luxury condo, 27 floors high, the atmosphere inside is very appealing for people who love taking pictures. The common area is luxuriously designed, which you can take chic photos without getting bored. It is probably our right decision because we are passionate about photography and like beautiful things as it gives us peace of mind and happy to change the angle of photography every day. One more thing, its location is easy to travel to and very convenient because it is in Soi Thonglor with a route connecting to Sukhumvit Road and New Petchburi Near Si Rat Expressway. Wherever you go, it's very easy to travel.
Exclusive condominium
Firstly, I saw it through advertising, and I thought it was a very interesting project because a world-class designer designs it. This makes the project more exclusive and different from others. This project is located at the center of prosperity, surrounding communities, International restaurants, especially Japanese restaurants, 5-star hotels, and department stores. Also, it is close to many offices. The project has distinctive both the design of the building and furniture decoration. In front of the project it is very outstanding, attractive, and beautiful with the glittering copper-colored building.
The room that I am interested in and inspected is a two-bedroom with a unit area of 97.75 meters. The highlight is a spacious living area that connects the living room, dining table, and kitchen. Also, a terrace is long but pretty narrow. This project using a Home Automation system connected to the Sansiri Home Service application controlled through mobile phones, makes it more convenient for the residents. For example, you can control the electrical system to turn on and off. The room ceiling is high with 3 meters and using a wooden floor that protects from the humid. There is a sink from Foster Brand with a slope design in the kitchen that helps to drain the water very well. All kitchen sets are from Smeg, imported from Italy, which uses all good materials that are worth money.
The project's highlight is the common area, such as a swimming pool that is 30 meters long, in which the temperature can be adjusted. The decoration is unique. There is a large yard on the rooftop where the residents can relax and watch movies with the family. There is a large screen TV over 80 inches, and the most important, all areas are uniquely and beautifully decorated.
As for traveling, this is very convenient, no need to worry. The project access with many routes and close to the expressway. Also, it is near BTS Station, only 1 kilometer away from the project. However, it is a road with a heavy traffic area.
Suppose you are interested in a luxury condominium with modern decoration and located in the heart of a prime location. In that case, this is a good place to invest in the long term and would increase the profits that I would like to recommend.
