I have been in Ho Chi Minh for 4 years now and I call it home. It is a big city, loud, vibrant and always something going on. But the new administrative district is more somber, quiet, and calming present to it. The community is much more modern looking than the rest of Ho Chi Minh city. New public transport is consistently building to help residents move around the city easier. The new district is in a more education center of Ho Chi Minh, with lots of creative minds around the area. The location of building is everything for easy commute, easy leisure activities to find, and lots and lots of food stalls in the area.
