The perfect place to live in, near my university

This is my first apartments review in the other country. As I am a foreign student, my point of view may be different from the natives. The Riff apartments are one of my choices of residences around the campus. The location is perfect, since it is established right next to my university. I don’t really want to stay at the university’s dormitory because it seems to be a little bit messy in the morning. I can enjoy the short walk from here to my campus while having my black coffee. I can also go shopping at the nearby community mall with my friends. I would try to suggest that this place is for the students who wanted the smaller room for studying.
