Imperial Avenue is provided all-round facility and benefit to resident in many ways as their name. Their location is Downtown Dubai which full of leisure and convenient but the special point is convenient transportation, their public transportation is walkable in a few minutes and also have convenient driving as well. For other facility such as academic facility is available as well as health facility. So, this project is having perfect convenience for living.

I love to live in the city in the vibrant community, Imperial Avenue tends to be my answer to living choices in the city of Dubai. I totally enjoy using the facilities here for exercise and relax after work. This place is also near local supermarkets and various shopping malls. As it is not far from the Sheikh Zayed Road, I can easily drive to the popular destinations such as Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. My 2 bedroom is great interior design and very functional together with a large terrace. The room is large enough to live between 3 to 4 people. Highly recommended!
