The last Emaar's building in Downtown Dubai

Once Emaar claimed that Burj Royale may be the last development in the area, I was quickly coming to the big decision. I asked for the online brochure to see the floor plan and design. I decided to go with Burj Royale. The address of Downtown Dubai seems to be located in the commercial and financial areas. As a businessman, this place will totally ideal apartments for my long-stay in the Emirates. Recommended for someone who want their home nearby the inner city.
