Bahya Villas is located in Damac Hill 2 and on point both in the professional part and travel part. The project has convenient transportation for sure and easy to access business or financial hubs such as Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Investment Park less than 30 minutes driving. The project’s still close to tourist attractions such as Qudra Desert, The Sevens Stadium and طوي المره historical park. So, I think this tenant house and prime location is really worth it and it isn't difficult to make a decision.

What do I like about Bahya Villas is a lot. However there are some important things to mention. The first aspect is the community. I enjoy the green spaces so much, since it positively encourage the good mood. The next thing is that this place is set right by the championship golf club. As I love to play golf, it will be a chance to practice along with my family. This is an ideal community to live in long-term duration.
