Great little development only 15 minutes south of town in a quiet area with a nice breeze all year round. Easy road access and close to some good beaches.

I am very impressed with this house, cause my one-story house has quite a lot of usable space with a green garden surrounding the house. It gives the place a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The house's interior is well-proportioned, allowing effective use of every space. There is enough parking space for two cars. The swimming pool in the common area is always clean. The security guard is very nice. Plus, I can also travel in comfort with only a few hundred meters to the main road. The mall and Hua Hin Beach are within reach. I love it!
