Is well maintained. Nice people and near one of the best beach. Just outside you can find 7/11 lotus and small shops selling food and fruit.

I have been renting this house for a year and like it very much. It’s an excellent location, not far from the main road. The project's entrance is very easy to find, suitable for my friends who drive to visit me. There is a security guard in front of the village to take care of the residents. The house comes with a quality fence, a spacious garden, and a big parking space for 2 cars. Moreover, the bedroom and bathroom are pretty spacious. The surrounding atmosphere is good. The neighbors are friendly. The house's owner is lovely, polite, and takes excellent care of me. If something is broken, they always call a technician to fix it promptly. There are many shops and restaurants in front of the project. This place is also close to many of Hua Hin's attractions. Highly recommended, especially for families.
