To get to the project by car, start from the Chonburi-Pattaya motorway, heading southwest. When you reach the Intersection, turn right to enter Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for 6.5 kilometers. Turn right at Chaiyapruek Intersection to enter Chaiyapruek Road for 1.5 kilometers. Turn right onto Jomtien 1 Road for another 170 meters; you will find the project on the right.

Great location, great people, quiet with pool and fitness...
Hello...I spent my vacation in this complex on February 24 in a 48 sqm condo on the 27th floor and was able to relax wonderfully. Quiet complex with people who also want peace and quiet. With a huge pool + great fitness. I'm thinking about buying something here on my next vacation in December. Oh yes, with a tuk tuk right in front of the house I was in Pattaya/center in 15 minutes :-)
High Rise building, next to Jomtien Beach
The condominium is located in an excellent location, a tall building next to the main road and Jomtien beach. Just walk across the street. There are restaurants and convenience stores on-site. There is a large swimming pool, our kids love it, plus the parking lot is very ample. The room was clean and well maintained. There is a mini kitchen corner, and also has a balcony that is quite large. Our family room is on the 25th floor, offering a sea view from the room. It's a wonderful view. The project has many rooms. Sometimes, tourists come for a short stay. Some of them get drunk, come back late at night, and make some noise. Traveling here is also convenient, close to shopping malls, and many fine delicious restaurants. I would highly recommend it.
