To get to the project by car, start from the Chiang Mai - Lampang superhighway heading on the inbound city road. Slightly turn right along the parallel road of Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai. Great Condo in the prime area

I've been here for about a year now. Overall, it is quite satisfying both in terms of location and room. It's near Big C Extra, Platinum, and Makro, making my daily routine much easier. Also, on Thursday-Saturday, there is a walking street where I can hang out after work. For me, I have a motorbike to get around. It's quite convenient even you don't have a car because you can walk for 5 minutes to catch the red minibus. The room I stay in is a one-bedroom unit that is in a perfect size. It doesn't make me feel cramped at all. Perhaps, it's because the ceiling is around 3 meters high, making the room look airier and comfortable. It makes me feel like living in a single-detached house. My room comes with full-furnished furniture, so I don't need to waste my time choosing it. The facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, and a garden. They are in every building, making it adequate and more convenient for all residents. I think this place is also worth the investment. When I move out, I can still rent out the place for tourists, students, or working people. I highly recommend it!
This is such a livable condo

I have a room here with one bedroom on the 3rd floor. The room is 40 sq.m wide, fully-furnished, and the layout is divided into functional proportion. The communal swimming pool is wide, and the garden is just perfect for relaxation. Pleasant atmosphere and good staff! This is such a livable condo.

This condo suits for real relaxation because it is a beautiful condo and complete facilities. Besides, the room I rented was neatly decorated. All the furniture is quality, and the areas are divided into zones; it is the perfect size for 2 bedrooms. Moreover, it is close to Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai and Wiang Kum Kam, convenient for traveling as it is located in a prosperous area. It is such an excellent place to stay.

The communal areas here are designed amazingly. It can be said that it is worth the money paid. The residence is located in the center of Chiang Mai and is considered okay. It is also not far from Central Festival Chiang Mai. However, it used to have a problem with a power drain. Anyway, it was considered good maintenance. Besides, the pool here is clean, and the staff is always taking care of it. Although it has been constructed for many years, the structure still looks new, and t he lobby is spacious. The room downstairs is too dark, but the rooms on the upper floor give mountain views, well-ventilation !!

There's no need to explain a lot about this project. It is excellent; the room is spacious, new, and clean. Located in a perfect location next to Big C, Index Living Malls, and the Green Market Walking Street, within walking distance. There is a swimming pool, a gym and parking space available for residents. My room is a 1-bedroom room with standard furniture and an ensuite bathroom. The owner was very kind. Very impressed!

The condo is in an excellent location, convenient to travel to because it's in Chiang Mai Town, close to the Central Festival shopping mall and the Chiang Mai Bus Terminal 2. The condo is modernly designed to meet the needs and benefits of the residents. The furniture used in this project is in good quality - strong and durable. It's suitable for living. The facilities such as swimming pool, garden, and fitness are in good condition. This area is taken care of very well. Although it is not the latest project, the overall condition doesn't look old at all.
