There is an excellent management team, solving problems quickly. Also, the common area is clean and well-maintained. Besides, the security guards are polite and friendly. The surrounding atmosphere is quiet and cozy. The house options are also available in a wide variety of sizes and types. The house is designed and used with standard materials typical of Land and House. The view is more beautiful than I expected, overlooking the lake and Doi Kham mountain. Most importantly, the location is also excellent. There are many great restaurants nearby, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the international airport. It's well worth it.
