Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Chiang Mai Airport, drive straight onto Mahidol Road for about 11 kilometers, then you will see the Chiang Mai-Lampang SuperHighway Intersection. Keep left along the way, go straight for about 5 kilometers, and see the Children's Court's intersection. After that, keep right onto Chiang Mai - Doi Saket Road, then you will find the entrance to Soi Mae Khao. Turn left into the alley and go straight for only 450 meters, and you will see the project located on the left-hand side.

Unique condo, decorated beautifully with winter flower garden and European green space. The project has complete facilities. The rooms range from 1-2 bedrooms, emphasizing airiness, adequate ventilation, and comfort of living. I can also enjoy the garden view. The project is also close to local amenities such as Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, Big C Extra Chiang Mai 2, Chiang Mai market, and Chiang Mai Gate.
European style condo with a private and quiet atmosphere

I already made a reservation here because after viewing the sample room, I was very impressed. It didn't take a long time to decide. My family definitely voted to buy here. We decided to buy a 2-bedroom unit just in case we have a little one too. The atmosphere is quite peaceful and private. The project has only 43 units in total, making each room space spacious and private. Besides, there is a European-style flower garden around the project for the residents to relax. The project facilities include a swimming pool, jogging track, fitness center, and a common multi-purpose area for those who want to change their workplace. As for the location, it's okay. The project is only 200 meters from the Central Festival and 10 minutes to Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. I think that it is convenient to travel.

I bought a room here for a long-term investment as it's a famous luxury project in Chiang Mai. Outstanding in design with high privacy as there is a limited number of units. Complete with facilities, including a swimming pool, garden, and 24-hour security system. The one-bedroom unit in loft-style has two stories with functional space. It's absolutely made for people who fancy modern luxury. It's in the best location next to Central Festival Chiang Mai. Recommended!!

It is a modern condo, which is under construction. It comprises 43 private units, conveniently located within easy reach everywhere. The model project includes a large and beautiful swimming pool and a 24-hour security system that gives a security feeling. My husband and I are very impressed with this project. Also, the location is perfect, nestled in the nature of Chiang Mai, worth it.

I booked a 2 bedroom unit because I like the location which is easily accessible and near Chiang Mai city. I think buying the rooms here is definitely worth the investment, whether buying to stay or rent it out ิbecause Chiang Mai is a popular tourist destination for foreigners and Thais. Chiang Mai is one of the best tourist destinations to invest in real estate. However, The Spring Loft has a beautiful design, featuring all common facilities. In the future, there will possibly be many tourists interested in and stay in this project.
It's worth the long term investment

I contacted the agent to see the room, and I think it's worth the long term investment because Chiang Mai is a city known as the beautiful city and full of nature. I have a plan to move to Thailand and do business here. So I contacted many projects, and I think that this place is the most private. Doing business here is not difficult for me as it is very popular with Chinese people. It will be much more convenient if you have a private car because there are not many buses like other cities. The condo is located about 5 minutes from Central Festival Chiang Mai. All the rooms are corner rooms to see the outside clearly, and the pool is large. There are flower gardens decorated in European style. I think it is really beautiful, and I hope to move in as soon as possible.
