The great atmosphere, quiet, and beautiful

It is such a great atmosphere, quiet, and beautiful, just like the advertising. There is a lake in the middle of the village, and each house was built around it. As a result, each house has a view of the lake. The very shady mountains can be seen all around the project. The security is very reassuring here because security guards are on duty 24 hours a day. The house is well worth the price. The materials used are standard. And the location is pretty great, drives shortly to different parts of Chiang Mai. Overall is good!
Close to our son's Panyaden International School.

My family and I have lived here for a year now. It is a 2-story house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a usable area of ​​about 110 sqm. The land area is extensive at 380 sqm. The price is considered worthwhile. Oh, but there is no furniture for you. Everything is good; it is a tranquil and private place. There are security guards and CCTV. Most importantly, it is close to our son's Panyaden International School and many attractions, such as the Grand Canyon Water Park Chiang Mai and the Hang Dong golf course.
