New, beautiful, and complete villas

I aimed for The New Concept Grand Villa because it is in the Hang Dong area. The project owner is very attentive. There is an airport transfer service as well. During my preview, I was impressed by the project facilities that are good for life, such as a fitness center, swimming pool, and a luxurious clubhouse. Besides, the staff is friendly and helpful. The whole villa is clean and spacious. Overall, it is very satisfying, suitable for people who love peace. This villa is located in a good location and excellent service. The owner of the project is friendly. Moreover, it is close to local markets such as Hang Dong Market and convenience stores as well.

I recently had a chance to see the sample room here. I would say that this is the dream place that I’ve been looking for. The decoration is luxurious and high-end. I can’t help thinking that if I stay here, I would feel like a princess. The room is spacious and well-proportioned. It’s mainly white, making it look more comfortable. There is a garden around the project, which makes you feel relaxed, and the swimming pool is large enough for the residents. I talked to the salesperson and just knew that a guarantee of return is very worthwhile. I would recommend it for those who want to buy it for investment. The commute is quite convenient as it’s not far from the city. It takes only half an hour to the airport and 20 minutes to the Central Festival. Overall, it’s an exciting project.

I had a chance to visit the project showroom in Chiang Mai. It meets the lifestyle of all genders and ages. The project site comprises complete facilities, including parks, shopping malls, residential areas, which is very convenient. The villas are designed in European style both inside and outside, making the project look luxurious and modern. There will be a pleasant project to live in the future, and the location is also situated in the prime area of Chiang Mai City. I, personally, love it here as it is suitable for investing.

After seeing the advertisement, I went to the showroom of the project. I'm very interested because the project designed is in a magnificent western colonial style. It makes me feel like staying on vacation in European countries. I was looking for a vacation place to make me feel like staying in winter, to escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, and for long term investment. The design is very chic, and the room's interior is made of good quality materials that are worth the price. Convenient to travel, surrounded by all amenities and close to the fresh market.

This project is under construction. I've already visited the project sample, and I loved the project design. The design is luxurious. There is a harmonious blend of Western cultures. It is also easy to travel and abundant with many facilities both inside and outside the project. I think it is very worthwhile. If we invest in it, it won't be any problem because it is located in a good location.
