Direction to the Project
-To get to the project by public transportation, you can get off at Thong Lo BTS, which is the nearest station. When exiting the station, continue walking southeast toward Sukhumvit Road (Route 3). Then, turn left at Thong Lo Intersection to enter Thong Lo Road/Soi Sukhumvit 55. Continue for 1 kilometer and turn right into Soi Thong Lo 10. After that, keep going for 170 meters, and you will find the project on your left-hand side.
-To get to the project by car, you can start from Rama IX Intersection by heading east to enter Rama IX Road for 3.1 kilometers. At Wat Rama IX Intersection, turn right onto Pradit Manutham Road/Ekamai Road/Soi Sukhumvit63 for 2.5 kilometers. Then, turn right again into Soi Charoen Suk/Soi Ekamai 5 for 350 meters; you will find the project on your right-hand side.

An older building but the price points are outstanding. This is one of the most affordable projects in Thonglor. Although they need a serious renovation, it is worth in investment if you will be living there. Thonglor is the upscale neighborhood of Bangkok "beverly hills" and is dominated with restaurants and entertainment. Lots of good International school and hospitals in the vicinity.

The condo is in excellent condition; even the building's exterior looks a bit old. My family has lived here for four years and has recently relocated. I had a fantastic time there. We stayed in a three-bedroom unit. It is fully equipped with durable, long-lasting wooden furniture. When I was there, I didn't have any issues. The neighbors were also lovely and friendly. The project is located in the heart of Soi Thong Lo, close to The Commons, Villa Market - Thonglor, Donki Mall, and famous Japanese restaurants. Very convenient!
