My friend chose to book a 2-bedroom unit to resell to make a good profit because of the project’s location and complete facilities, such as a swimming pool and gym. It is not surprising that this project sold out fast. People made reservations in a short time. Getting to the project is very easy because it is close to Narathiwat Road and easily connected to Sathorn Road. And, there is also a Chong Nonsi or BRT station that makes traveling more convenient. With an advantageous location in the central business district of Bangkok and near shopping malls. I would like to recommend it to people looking for a high-quality luxury residence. With beautiful decorations in the minimalist style of Japan. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.
