Direction to the Project
To get to the project by public transport, you can take the MRT. The nearest station is Lumphini MRT. Once you get off the station, head west on Rama IV Road for 140 meters. Then keep left onto South Sathorn Road. After that, go straight for 950 meters and onto Suan Phlu Road. Within 120 meters, you will find the project on the left-hand side.

To get to the project by car, you can start at Saladaeng BTS. Firstly, head west on Silom Road for 79 meters. Then turn left onto Convent Road and go straight for 550 meters. After that, take the left lane and turn left onto North Sathorn Road. After that, go straight for about 350 meters, then make a U-turn. Then, keep going for 270 meters and turn left onto Suan Phlu Road. Within 120 meters, you will find the project on the left-hand side.

Quiet and pleasant to live. The decoration is vintage and beautiful. A spacious room decorated with durable wooden materials. The price is not very high. Every time I come back, the place makes me feel warm. The professional staff has service-minded and always smiles. The project is in a good location, not far from Chong Nonsi BTS, and in the Sathorn area, which is sleepless with nightlife experience. It was a great time for me.

The 3 bedroom residence is beautiful and spacious, perfectly allocated into zones, and practical. The common area is clean and well-maintained, pleasant to use it. Receptionists also serve excellent services, and the guards do their fabulous jobs, very impressive! Its location is surrounded by many places, including hospitals, schools, shopping centers, Sala Daeng BTS station, easy access everywhere and saves time!!

If anyone loves the condo decor in a modern and elegant style, here is the best answer because there are various room designs to choose from and match my style. What I like will be the management system here as all the staff is professional, nice, friendly, and helpful all the time. Plus, the project environment is also quality, matching all needs perfectly. Moreover, the project is located near Chong Nonsi BTS, so it is easy to go everywhere. Also, traveling by private car is very convenient. As for the places nearby, there are leading department stores, hospitals, and restaurants. It's considered the complete project because there are many facilities on-site and amenities surrounding it. I want everyone to try and stay here. I certify that you will be impressed.

I currently rent this condo. Although it has been built for a long time, the condo is still in good condition. Plus, the room is well-proportioned. There is complete furniture and appliances. The design of it is contemporary, making it look simple but cozy. Plus, I like the location as it’s close to shops, restaurants, and shopping malls. The swimming pool of the condo is large and clean, and the security system is reliable. I am impressed with the service of the staff. They are very helpful and friendly. The condo is just 1 kilometer away from Chong Nonsi BTS. The quality of the condo is suitable for the rental price.
