Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, start from Mitsamphan Intersection, heading southwest on Soi Sukhumvit 3 for 900 meters. Then, turn right at Nana Intersection to enter Sukhumvit Road for about 350 meters. Turn right into Soi Ruamrudee Community for 78 meters. Turn right again and drive for another 150 meters; you will find the project on the left.
To get to the project by public transport, you can get off at Phloen Chit BTS, the nearest station, which is 300 meters from the project. Head east along Ploenchit Road for 30 meters and turn right to enter Soi Ruamrudee Community for 150 meters; you will find the project on your left.

It is a perfect project. The location is okay and close to many amenities. There are many room sizes to choose from. Each floor has no more than 5 units that are not so crowded compared to other condos in this area. The rooms are also luxuriously decorated of good quality and should be used for many years. It is considered worth the price. Anyway, it is disappointing as the room is really spacious, but without a balcony. It looks a little awkward. Personally, I am okay because the condo is conveniently located and I am not disappointed at all.

Condominium in a prime location of Ploenchit area. Transportation is super easy, plus providing high-end facilities. There is a swimming pool, a garden, and a gym on the 7th floor. Although the condo is in the city center, the atmosphere can be called very shady. This neighborhood is quite expensive, and there are not many restaurants surrounded. Anyway, you can go shopping at Central Embassy and Central World in only about 10-15 minutes. The downside is that you have to pay a relatively high annual fee because it is an economic district. Overall, it's worth the money and an excellent security system !!

Excellent security system with many layers. Non-residents are not easy to enter the project, making life quality, private, and tranquil. It offers an extensive range of facilities, and the common area is luxuriously decorated, magnificent as a 5-star residence. Pleasant to stay here and matching the lifestyle, very impressed!!

I have stayed in this condo for only a few months, but I would say this place is impressive. My room is a 2-bedroom unit with the right size and a few units per floor, making it so private. The fitness center is fully-equipped. The staff is attentive. Besides, this place isn’t far from Ploenchit BTS station as it takes only 4 minutes on foot, which is so convenient.

It is one of my favorite condos in Bangkok. The project includes a very nice lounge. The breakfast here is delicious, and the lobby is beautiful. It also comprises a nice swimming pool and a fitness room. The room I rented is 2 bedrooms, which is very good. The only downside of the hotel is its location, where there are not many restaurants or tourist attractions nearby. But it's okay; the Ploenchit BTS Skytrain is just one block away and accessible everywhere I want. Overall, it is very ok, and it is worth relaxing.

Athenee Residence is a luxury condo in the heart of Bangkok, and close to Ploenchit BTS. It's a great location surrounded by amenities such as shops, restaurants, and Central Embassy. The receptionists are friendly. There are several room types from 2-4 bedrooms with a swimming pool and fitness center full of modern equipment. But this area is quite busy during rush hour, and traffic is heavy throughout the day.

I have lived here for over a year now. I would say it's super convenient as the location is near many embassies, especially the American embassy that I work for. It's close to shopping centers like All Seasons Place and Central Embassy. The transportation is very convenient as Ploenchit BTS is only 300 meters away. There is a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a gym at the property that I often like to use. I bought a reasonably spacious two-bedroom without furniture, so I purchased quality furniture to decorate the room. Everything is perfect here. It's my 2nd home in Thailand.

What a fantastic condominium! It is located near Ploenchit BTS, All Seasons Place shopping mall, and many restaurants. There is a 24-hour MaxValu selling savory, sweet, and various stuff; it's behind the project, so you can conveniently walk in a few meters. Personally, I was impressed with the staff service as they upgraded my 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms. The room is massive and beautifully decorated. It's well deserved to be a luxurious condo. The bedding was flawless. The car park is extensive with many floors.
