It's a quality project with a beautiful design as its name. The condo has a few rooms, which I consider a good point. I like the beautiful view of Huai Khwang recreational park and the pleasant atmosphere of the condo. There are 2 saltwater swimming pools. Parking is available for all units, so it's good that you don't have to fight for a parking lot. The fitness room is fully equipped. We bought a 1 bedroom unit spacious enough for 2 people. I bought it fully furnished at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with the project, but the project is a bit far from CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9, so I have to drive. The condo here is suitable for people who have a private car.
