my family and i relocated to chiang mai, so i looked for a house to buy here. then, i came across this resale 3-bedroom house. it looks great and durable. plus, living space is divided into the perfect proportion. most importantly, the location is perfect since it is close to the malls, schools, and 700 year stadium chiang mai, which is something that meets my lifestyle. unfortunately, there are almost no facilities within the project besides gardens, cctv, and 24-hour security. it makes me still unable to decide whether to buy a house or not. however, my wife seems to like it as she doesn't like to exercise or go swimming in the pool.

at the beginning of the year, i bought a house with a 3-bedroom. i love the home design and simple decor of a compact minimalist style home. it has a private pool and is surrounded by airy wooden panels. within the project, there are complete facilities, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a gym. it is a good location near mueang chiang mai, convenient to travel and to shop at famous department stores in the city in just a few minutes. as for my holidays, i rarely go out, and i often spend time relaxing by the pool. also, the weather is not hot. it makes me feel very relaxed. the purchase price at that time was about 6 million baht. it's a second-hand house, and the owner is kind, but it is partly furnished. i would like to recommend a cute small style house at a friendly price. please come and visit this project!

i decided to book a 5-bedroom villa here to stay during a holiday with family in chiang mai for a week. it's an excellent villa decorated in a beautiful garden with luxurious and warm wooden furniture. it also comes with a spacious and sufficient living space for my family. most importantly, there is a private pool with mountain views. the general atmosphere around the villa is natural, full of green plants. in addition to the villa being surrounded by lush green nature, it is easily accessible to numerous amenities such as shops, restaurants, tesco lotus department stores, which are only a few minutes away. i'm impressed with my stay here and would like to thank the staff for taking good care. next time, i'll definitely stay here again.

my house is a two-story, three-bedroom house in a modern contemporary style, and the interior is spacious and divided into clear proportions. the common area also has a swimming pool and gym to serve the children as well. in addition, there is a 24-hour security system that makes you feel safe throughout your stay. importantly, this project is conveniently located and easily accessible to various shops, restaurants, and shopping centers such as central chiang mai, making my life full of convenience.

i visited my friends who stayed in this project. his townhome is a 2-story three-bedroom unit with a large usable area, so it's a family-friendly home. the atmosphere of the project is calm and private. there is security. unfortunately, there is no swimming pool like other projects. the project is in an excellent location; it's only 5 minutes away from promenada chiang mai. most importantly, it takes only 15 mins to chiang mai international airport. overall, it's convenient to get around.

i visited many projects, but i really like this one. the atmosphere is quiet and shady from surrounding trees. it is convenient transportation near the road around chiang mai. so, i decided to rent a villa with 3 bedrooms. i love it a lot as all the furniture and decoration is in a modern thai style. there is a small swimming pool in front of the villa too. the rental price is reasonable. the project also has several facilities such as the clubhouse, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a gym.

i have the opportunity to visit the model house. the atmosphere here is shady and has a huge area. i'm okay with the surroundings. nice house, modern design with three bedrooms and privately gated. the house has some furniture, which looks strong and durable. the clubhouse is large. there is a swimming pool, a fitness center, and children's play areas as well. personally, the location is very convenient. i can travel to the city in 5 minutes. next to the project, there are many shops. if you want to go to chiang mai international airport, it only takes about 15 minutes.

the house i bought has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a very spacious living area of 200 square meters. the interior is decorated with premium-grade furniture. the beautiful mountain view is great. i'd say it's super refreshing. plus, there are complete residents' facilities, including the clubhouse, the oversized swimming pool, the gym, the garden area and parking spaces for residents. most importantly, the security guards are responsible. the neighbors are lovely. i knew it was the right decision buying a house here. also, this place is surrounded by many amenities, including convenience stores and restaurants. the house is perfectly located in a good location and totally worth it

i have been renting this house for several months and haven't encountered any problems. the project is in an excellent location. the house has a beautiful interior design. it's a livable house with quality home important functions, whether kitchen appliances, bathrooms or furniture, all are good! the common area has many excellent facilities, such as a good security system, cctv, a modern pool, gym, and garden. in addition, it's not far from the city and just a few minutes away from the shopping mall. so it's pretty comfortable.

i bought a 3-bedroom house in this project and what i was impressed with was the complete facilities and the spacious living area that didn't feel cramped. very suitable for a big family. besides, the house is also close to many amenities, such as bang kapi market, bangkok patana school, bangkok hospital and just a few minutes away from king rama ix park, just a few minutes walk away. the project also has a strict security system. and cctv throughout the project. plus, the neighbors are very friendly.
