i bought this condo as a vacation home for my parents because it has an excellent location and is surrounded by various amenities such as a hospital, shops, and restaurants. it could be their relaxing place. i have had the opportunity to see the showroom. the room is quite spacious and is decorated with some furniture such as a bed, a cabinet, a closet, etc. most importantly, you can control the electrical system through the mobile app. i can also see the ping river from my room. there are many common facilities as well, so you will not get bored. another thing that i like about this project is they focus on wellness and healthcare, which is excellent for the elderly.

this home is very fulfilling for my family. it looks stylish with a simple design but elegant furniture. the spacious unit area is divided into 4 bedrooms, perfect for a big family. plus, there is a yard around the house for children and dogs. the project also has a security system for the residents 24 hours a day, including an entrance with a key card system. i'm not worried about safety at all, very comfortable.

here is the best place for our family's chiang mai trip. the villa is modern, airy, and open, with a white tone color that looks very nice. it is spacious and has a swimming pool and a garden that is ideal for parties. at the same time, it has four bedrooms spread across the first and second floors. it also comes fully equipped with a kitchen corner, a gas stove, and an oven. the location is fantastic, being only 5-10 minutes from mueang chiang mai and 5 minutes from the lanna golf course. notably, the weather is pleasant at the end of the year, making it ideal for a long vacation drive. i'm ecstatic.

i stayed in chiang mai, so i rented the condo for about two months. this location is quite far from the nimman area, the old city, and the city center. the neighborhood around the condo has full amenities, and it's not far from central chiangmai and big c chiang mai. besides, mcdonald's and 7-eleven are only a few hundred meters away, conveniently reached by foot. you can also grab a taxi service for your convenience. the common area of the condo is spotless. there is a swimming pool, a lounge, a sauna, and many other amenities. everything about this project has impressed me, and the security guards are also very nice and helpful. i hope to return here soon.

my mom bought a pool villa here as a vacation home for holidays when we come to chiang mai. this project is delightful, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. it's also quiet and private. our villa has a vast land plot. there is a swimming pool in front of the villa, and a small garden around. it is a 2-story villa with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. the design is stunning and modern. as for the decoration, the villa is fully furnished with quality furniture. it is close to chiang mai gymkhana club, where many sports are available, especially golf, which my mom and dad like to play.

my wife and i wanted to settle in chiang mai, so we tried to find the perfect house for us to stay. when i visited this project, i thought to myself, and this is what i want. i love the design of it and its surroundings. at that time, the house was not finished yet, so i made a reservation. the salesperson told me that it would be completed within four months. now, i have already moved into this house. this place is only 20 mins away from my office, and it's also close to downtown. plus, it's not crowded as there are only six houses in the project, so there are no facilities within the project. yet, there are cctvs installed in every corner. the road is spacious so that the residents can drive in the opposite direction easily. the house i bought will have four bedrooms, five bathrooms and every bedroom have a bathroom inside. i like it very much as it's so private. there is only one type of house. since moving to a new place, my wife and i travel more often on weekends. we usually go shopping in the city and find delicious local food to eat. plus, getting anywhere is convenient as the location is perfect. for those who are interested, i recommend you to hurry as there are only a few units left.

it's a nice place to stay, the room is clean and well furnished. the one-bedroom unit is considerably massive compared to other condos. the atmosphere is private, quiet, and not busy because there are not so many rooms and many people, which is a plus when using the swimming pool. it is not far from cm part center, which has marts and many bistros. the only drawback here is that the project is in a deep alley, quite far from the main road, so i recommend renting the bike or car as it will be more convenient.

i was staying in a one-bedroom condo here years ago. the room is spacious, beautifully designed with quality furniture. the common area is shady and full of green trees. there are also complete facilities, such as a swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, and a tennis court. more importantly, this place comes with a 24h security system making me feel at ease during my stay. most importantly, the condo's location can quickly get to chiang mai city and close shopping areas, shops, restaurants, ping river, chiang mai christian school, warorot market, and chiang mai railway station. overall, this place is another good condo that i stayed in.
