the new project is located in the city's heart, close to chiang mai international airport, central chiangmai, robinson chiang mai, and famous restaurants. you can travel around chiang mai using a road around chiang mai city moat, hang dong road, and ring road. the house is of good quality, worth the price, and has privacy. plus, the security system is excellent. security guards are patrolling throughout the day. unfortunately, parking spaces are not enough.

i had the opportunity to visit the sample room, which is a 27 square meter studio room. i think this size room is ok for a single or short stay as it is quite small and narrow. not suitable for people who used to have a lot of space in the house. there is a complete set of furniture decoration. beautiful and modern. including basic facilities; a large swimming pool, rest area, fitness, and parking. the location is good. close to central department store. the project is currently under construction. when finished, come back to make a decision again.

staying in this place is so perfect. the staff is so attentive. the room i stayed in is a one-bedroom unit. it’s spacious, and the design is not very luxurious, but fully furnished and well-allocated. my room is on the 11th floor. from the room, i can see a beautiful view of the city and mountains. the security system is quite reliable. most of the neighbors are expats. this place is not in the city center. therefore, it is pretty quiet, and people are not crowded. this place is close to chang puak gate and the market, very convenient.

i moved to live here for 3 months, which is impressive because the condo surrounding area peaceful and safe. the neighbors and staff are friendly and very helpful. the room that i stay in is beautifully decorated and stylish, giving a sense of relaxation. what's more, there is a common area that offers complete facilities to comfortably and fully use. i've already used the service, and everything is alright. in addition, the condo is conveniently located and has easy access to everywhere in mueang chiang mai. i made the right decision to live here.

i bought this house with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. the living area is about 700 square meters, where i find it very worthwhile. everyone in my family loves this house the most. what i like the most is the private elevator because it helps me to go up and down the 3-story house easily. every house has a swimming pool and an elevator. for the car parking spaces, it is spacious enough to park 4 cars. also, the materials and equipment used in the construction are strong and durable. more importantly, we can choose the flooring material by ourselves.
moreover, the project atmosphere is not crowded and tranquil. the road is also spacious. apart from that, the project is located near many amenities because it is in chiang mai, whether a central plaza chiang mai airport and tesco lotus hang dong. it is also close to chiang mai airport that will make traveling everywhere convenient. it impresses me a lot because i love traveling. the security system is available for 24 hours, and cctv cameras are installed around the project. however, public transport hasn't been accessed yet. using a private car is more convenient, just only 5-10 minutes.

the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant to live in, very cozy. as the project is low-rise, there is a limited number of units and neighbors. there are ample parking and a security system for 24 hours; the guard is friendly. the location here is also convenient, near a local community, there is a wide range of restaurants available, and it's close to chiang mai airport.

a lovely 1 bedroom room condo is suitable for two people. it overlooks doi suthep, a famous chiang mai attraction that is full of green trees from my room. the location is also conveniently located near various shops, restaurants, and chiang mai international airport. besides, the condo has a swimming pool and fitness room like other general condos, but it offers a modern security system then. from the project entrance, the residents can use the bluetooth card access system to enter and exit the project. then, enter and exit the building using the key card. there is also a floor-locked elevator, which is highly secure. it has impressed me.

i bought a second-hand 3-bedroom house for the project because it was reasonably priced and had a spacious living area. it can support my family's needs very well. my house has a modern design which is a style that i like. moreover, the general project atmosphere is quite suitable for living. it made me not hesitate in deciding to buy this house at all. although there is nothing else in the common area, just a car parking and security system, i'm not serious about that anyway because my family and i spend most of our time doing activities together in the house. however, even though my house is not on the main road but still able to drive to big c and makro department stores easily, which are only a few minutes away. overall, i made the right decision to buy this house.

this high-quality project is perfect since it is well designed, modern, beautiful, and pleasant to live in. the house is large, with a well-balanced layout of living spaces. the furnishings in the house are beautiful and long-lasting. it appeals to those who value their privacy. aside from the extensive amenities, the location is advantageous because it is about 10-12 minutes to get to sunday market and 13 minutes to reach the airport. in conclusion, this project is considered a quality project.

this is the village where my grandma has lived for almost 10 years. the atmosphere here is pleasant. although it is a large project with more than 200 units, each house is private and gated. the neighbors here are friendly and have a good relationship. the security guards take care for 24 hours. plus, leo (our dog) is also happy as he has a space to play around.
