iris condominium is an older project, hence their rooms are of a larger size. the rooms are very spacious and allow for great comfort. the rooms are a bit old and worn down, but acceptable. facilities such as the gym and the swimming pool are also worn down but can still be used. there is a hairdresser and a small minimarket within the project. in general, the project and its units are livable and often priced at a very competitive price.

the project is situated in a great area. with max value next door, everyone had access to the multiple amenities there. with nearby malls such as the mall bangkapi & seacon square, residents were never far away from their convenience. by living at lumpini everyone had fast access to the motorway & with the new mrt line opening up, all residences have easy access to public transportation. the project itself provided all the standard facilities other projects of similar caliber offered. the rooms are standard lumpini rooms with small sizes, thin walls, and standard interior design. at the time the price matched the value of the room. this project is recommended for anyone looking to live a simple life where you might be outside of the room more than inside.

if anyone is looking for a house that is a little bit out of town but not far from the suburbs, i would recommend this project. it is easily accessible via many routes, including pattanakarn, srinakarin, and on nut roads. if traveling to the sukhumvit area, it takes less than 20 minutes. also, several amenities are surrounding, such as tesco lotus on nut, seacon square srinakarin, sukhumvit hospital, etc. as for the project, it offers 5 types of houses for you to choose from, with the living area ranging from 121 - 167 sq.m. every house comes with 3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. the inside is airy, open, and cozy, as well as being adjustable as needed. the project facilities also include the clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, and 24h security system.

it's the house style that i'm looking for. it's got three bedrooms, which is perfect for my family, and the interior is absolutely beautiful. it's divided into different areas in a way that makes sense and feels spacious. plus, the common areas are great - i can use the gym, pool, and clubhouse as much as possible. plus, the location is ideal - it's super close to my kid's school (bangkok christian international school), only 10 minutes away. and it's also near a robinson srinakarin.

this condo is not far from hua mak arl station; it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the station. the location of this condo is next to a frontage road, making it private and not crowded like the condos in a small alley. there are a few restaurants and convenience stores in this neighborhood. however, shopping malls and hospitals are a few minutes' drive away. anyway, my room is a 2-bedroom, but i've converted the other bedroom into a workspace. there is also a swimming pool and fitness facility for residents. although it has been nearly 10 years, everything is still in good condition.

the new project where i just moved in. the overall atmosphere is excellent and cozy in resort style. my neighbors are mainly young people of working age and students. i chose this project because it was close to the office and convenient to travel by bts or car. there are also many shortcuts to avoid traffic jams. there is also a shuttle bus service that takes you to nearby locations. the fully furnished condo is what i love, which means i won't have to spend much on decorating it. the construction materials and furniture are high quality compared to the price paid. another distinctive feature is the facilities which are available 24-hour.

we went to see a sample room at this project. it's really beautiful. the room looked expensive and classy. they were all one-bedroom units, but there were many types to choose from. the 1 bedroom smart closet room was definitely suitable for young people like us, but it's a pity that the room size looked a bit small for 2 people. this decoration and furniture were very modern and beautiful. the project area was extensive and featured many facilities such as the swimming pool, the fitness centers, the lounges, and the garden area. traveling by car is more convenient than rapid transit because the condo is next to on nut road but quite far from on nut bts.

my company just moved in here about 3-months ago. i can tell you it's a very worthwhile investment. i was trying to look for a home office that was close to my old place until i found this place. it is a beautiful design project and very modern, with 5-floors. at first, there were two bedrooms here, but i collapsed into a working room for the whole building. there is also an elevator inside, and the parking lot can park about four cars. it is also available to park at the front, very convenient. the location is considered excellent located on rama 9 road, where the staff is convenient to get to the office and close to the nine center rama 9.

for the price available, in my experience this is one of the better projects to live in the phra khanong / on nut area due to its regular maintenance and facilities and proximity to the bts . real community feel within the secure estate.

one of pruksa’s first developments in this area. fuse mobius has features that have been cut out in more recent pruksa developments like the plum and the privacy. fuse was given a large private garden, lucky back then, it’s off the main road so it’s quieter, and was given architectural “funkiness” that more recent pruksa condos seem to miss out on. fuse was received all the benefits being the first in lower ramkhaemhang road. great condo.
